Our philosophy at QSC Systems is to build the quality in. From PCB production and assembly to box builds, we give our customers consistently high quality, which is one of the reasons we’ve been in business for over 25 years.

  • ​We build to IPC 610A Class II as a norm, but with a customer request, we can do Class I or Class III.
  • We use in-process inspection, AOI (Automatic Optical Inspection) and final inspection to insure that our customers get quality products.
  • We use AOI equipment to insure repetitive quality of our SMT process.
  • The Quality Process binders are our bibles at QSC. We keep them accurate and use them as real-time, documentation and process control.
  • Our workstations are ESD safe.
